Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, as is ours. Our whole day is run by schedules and we do our best to keep our schedules on time. We know that life happens and it can happen with little warning. We will do our best to give you as much notice of an appointment change as we can and we ask that you do the same for us. Please call the salon if you are running behind or if you have to miss an appointment completely, as we will do our best to reschedule you for a time that works better for you. Missing appointments on a continual basis may result in a client having to do drop in appointments only which are not always available. Thank you for your understanding.
